Let’s not bury the lead here: today’s update is all about automating the social detail information syncing. Previously, the way VITY synced social profile information (follower counts, tweets, photos, etc), was on login. A user logs into VITY, VITY then syncs up their details. Not ideal by any definition of quality. But perfectly fine for a private beta.

No more though! Now we have a little service that syncs things behind the scenes so we know when your social details, regardless of platform, gets updated.
